Letting the sun in: creating bright airy spaces

This award winning residential interior was once a dark Cape in Winchester filled with small rooms and heavy paneling. The Morse team transformed it into a flowing open floor plan with airy living spaces by relocating the kitchen and adding a mudroom and adjacent first floor laundry. In addition, we added 2 baths and a master suite – all within the original footprint. Morse Constructions took an imperfect house that the clients’ thought had potential and collaboratively transformed it into a house they now love.

We couldn’t be happier with services provided by Morse Constructions. From start to finish and every step in between we were completely aligned with them.
